Eat Rich, Keep Fit: Foods and Exercises for Healthy






We suffer so much with diseases, complications, and disorders, when the two, most affordable sources of treatment, and prevention of diseases are freely available to us every day: food and exercise.  On the first part, this book advises me on what foods to eat, in order to prevent or cure various diseases. The second part of this book lists various indoor and outdoor exercises which will make my skin to sweat, my blood to flow, and my joints to move, naturally, without gyms, accessories, or cost.
